Booking & Date Confirmation Policy

 

Guests may submit a tentative date request through the booking form

 

Dates are NOT confirmed until: A non-refundable deposit is received, andThe client receives written confirmation from the Spinner’s Stuff team

 

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability

 

Preparation and inventory ordering begin only after confirmation

 

Deposit & Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Patch Parties and Bar experiences

 

Remaining balance and final headcount are due one (1) week prior to the event

 

No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the event

 

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability

 

Materials & Participation Policy

 

No outside patches, materials, or tools are permitted

 

All patches, charms, embellishments, presses, and supplies are provided by Spinner’s Stuff

 

Host provides the event space and food, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PARTY MINIMUMS


Minimum of 10 participants required for all private Patch Parties and Bar bookings
Bar Availability by Guest Count

 

10 guests → 1 Bar
15 guests → 2 Bars
20+ guests → 3 Bars
